Bookmarks for Students: Strengthen the Gospel in Your Students (Free Download)

With these bookmarks I created (8 total), we can remind our children of how God helps us stand, despite what's going on. They need to be reminded.

The armor of God passage in Ephesians is indeed a reminder of the strength we have through Christ; however, it's a lot of information. Even breaking it apart into ten studies is still a load to remember, like David trying to wear King Saul's armor. But God doesn't want us to look at it as a heavy load. As a matter of fact, it's light.

To remind students of God's armor, ready and waiting to be worn by them, I created these bookmarks (link below) to give to your students to remind them of what the armor does for us.

I plan to send two copies of each bookmark throughout the school year to UGA -- one to my college son and the other to his roommate. I may throw in a gift card. They love getting mail that's not a bill. Don't we all?

Another idea is to include a bookmark per month in a care package for your student.

For my commuting college girl, there's lots of possibilities. I may place one on her dashboard before she leaves each morning, or in her bathroom, or in her Bible.

For my high school girl, I'll slip it into a textbook or her lunchbox.

I imagine they'll act like they're tired of receiving so many bookmarks, but surprises are nice. It's amusing how they'll smile as they complain. Besides, they'd expect nothing less than for Mom to be quirky.

When they are overwhelmed with bookmarks, they can give them away, pay it forward, maybe place them somewhere in their school libraries.
